Certificate of Excellence
for IT Training Centre

The IT Training Centre, MDA received a new quality mark from ICS Skills, Dublin. ICS SKILLS have launched this new quality mark to highlight top quality ECDL training centres. The new Certified Training Centre (CTC) status will enable the public to recognise centres that have achieved recognition on the basis of specific criteria of training excellence. Students of these centres will be reassured that they are receiving the best quality training available, and the centres are differentiated on the basis of the excellence of the service they offer.

The new CTC status was developed in response to demands from the market for the highest standards of total service delivery in IT training and certification. Candidates have a means of recognising centres who offer an enhanced service for candidates on a range of levels, including quality of trainers and study materials, as well as the provision of a continuum of training courses for candidates, from beginner, to intermediary, to professional level programmes.
The IT Centre at MDA was only one of Sixteen centres around the country to have received the new status.

Equal Skills - A beginners programme in computing
ECDL Level 1 (Core) - IT skills certification programme.
ECDL AM3- Advanced Word Processing
ECDL AM4- Advanced Excel
ECDL AM5- Advanced Presentations
