IT Training Centre receives Best Practice Award!

The IT Training Centre at Mountmellick Development Association have recently won a Best Practice Award from the ICS-Skills (Irish Computer Society).
ICS-Skills hosted their 13th Annual IT Training Conference at the Crowne Plaza in Dublin. There are over 1000 IT centres and schools from across Ireland registered with ICS-Skills and over 200 delegates came to the conference for the country’s only conference dedicated to IT Training.

This ICS Skills award recognises centres that carry out best practices in their day-to-day business. These best practices relate to administrative processes, client/customer service, candidate retention/evolution through programmes, budget optimisation, quality, health and safety, etc.

The Best Practice awards are a testament to the hard work, dedication and professionalism of the staff and trainers in the winning centres and also act as a valuable gauge of training centre excellence for the many thousands of Irish people who embark on ECDL training programmes annually.
